Petrus Romanus resides as Lucifer is invoked on Ishtar Sunday 2012

THANKS TO BROTHER JUNIOR WITH MUCH HELP AND TRANSLATION ;-)
At 3:40 on the time line, you hear the deacon say :Flammas eius lúcifer matutínus invéniat:
ille, inquam, Lúcifer, qui nescit occásum.
Christus Fílius tuus,
qui, regréssus ab ínferis, humáno géneri serénus illúxit,
et vivit et regnat in sæcula sæculórum.

Which Translates:You are Morning Star that never sets
find this flame still burning:
replace Christ, you Morning Star,
who came back from the hell,
and shed his new light on all mankind,
your star, who lives and reigns for ever and ever. Amen

And also can be translated:"May the morning star find his flames,
That Lucifer who knows no setting, your son Christ,
who, once he returned from hell, shone serenely upon the human race,
and lives and rules unto perpetuity."
